In order to ensure the stable operation of the product, have it give full play to its production role and set up a good after-sales service image among the users, Luoyang Yilan Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. hereby promises to the users on our after-sales service that:

 

1. We shall firmly establish a service tenet of “User Foremost, User First”, always follow the service concept of “Being Responsible for Users, Having Users Satisfied”, treat all users’ problems seriously no matter it is a trifle or not, handle urgent problems in special ways, and put users in the first place.

 

2. We guarantee all the cables we provide are in line with national standards and technical requirements in the tender.

 

3. We shall deliver goods according to the contract after it is signed (submit corresponding technical documents according to user requirements at the same time); and after the signing of the contract and before the products are delivered, accept and coordinate your spot check to the products.

 

4. Under normal working environment and operating conditions, the cable warranty period shall meet the requirements of the tender documents, and the service life of the product shall be not less than 40 years.

 

5. If you find any quality problems during installing and putting in operation the cables or the normal operation of cables, we shall respond you within 1 hour upon receiving your call or fax and send professionals for investigation and handling on site within 24 hours on the premise of making you satisfied.

 

6. We ensure to provide users with products totally in line with the technical indicators and technical properties of the safety system and deliver goods timely according to the contract.

 

7. We shall bear all the expenses incurred during the after-sales service (expenses for food, accommodation, travel, etc.) and shall not trouble the user.
